I use Windows 11 24H2 and somehow my cmd.exe runs without an actual window. I can see that it runs successfully in the task manager but the window itself isn't visible at all.
I can run cmd.exe as an administrator and it opens a regular terminal window. Somehow that doesn't work for my regular user.
Basically I press win+r then type cmd.exe to run it. I actually tried clicking on cmd.exe in C:\Windows\SysWOW64 and C:\Windows\System32, the results are the same. It runs fine but without a visible window.
